Steam Story:

I found out about Vaginal Steaming when doing my Ayurveda Wellness Coach course through Shakti School last year in 2021. I was fascinated by the lecture and disappointed that I had never heard of vaginal steaming before. I felt like I had neglected the most sacred part of my body. I am currently going through menopause and have vaginal dryness. The transition hit me hard and I tried vaginal steaming out at home. I have since been passionate about the benefits. I feel that every woman needs to know about vaginal steaming and deserves to reap the benefits.
