This course changed my life. I didn't know anything about proper bleed care until I took this course. It made me realize how I neglected myself and my womb for almost three decades! Fascinating course on labor and steaming. I never knew there were this many applications during the birthing process. Hearing from Monika and how she was invited into hospitals was eye-opening as well. Highly recommend this course for alternative support during labor.

This is a great breakdown of the function of steam. Totally worth taking this course to get a more complete understanding of why steam works for our bodies, minds, and spirits :)

This course is very informative & constant check ins at the end of each lesson to check your understanding. I have taken a previous course from another organization & while that information was a deceit foundation, this course definitely has furthered my understanding in providing a basic steam to a client. I glad I took the other course first & this one second even though I have procrastinated for years to enroll in this course. But again. I'm glad my path brought me at this time. Very good info, I'd encourage future students to be ready to take notes during each session, it helps to retain the info.

Absolutely loved this course.. easy to digest in bits but so wonderfully thorough. I really appreciated that she included the module covering period care as the foundation even before steaming happens. And the business module felt super helpful. There wasn’t a section I didn’t enjoy or find valuable! I feel prepared to begin steaming clients and am sooo excited to continue my education with Keli!

Wow ! Such an eye opening course on how we view menopause in our society and how unrelated most of the symptoms we usually associate with menopause actually are and how we can treat them naturally by adressing the underlying imbalances! A real menopause paradigm shift!
