Yoni Steaming (a practice also known as vaginal steaming or pelvic sauna), is an ancient practice used in every country in the world, with knowledge typically passed down generationally. This healing method allows the warmth of herbal tea steam to permeate the exterior of the vagina, which may aid in maintaining healthy Ph and flora, and support the body to gently release toxins, emotional density and stagnation. The Organic Gentle Herb Blend is designed to help mildly clear the uterus from stagnation, and users prone to short menstrual cycles (27 days or fewer) or interim bleeding and is appropriate for postpartum care.
