The fusion of both worlds.The moment you realize the rituals and practices that have been taught and passed down to you from your elders, from one to generation to the next is sacred and unique to your womanhood. It leaves a lasting impression on your cultural identity.

Raised as a first generation Haitian American, steaming is part of the culture, it’s just what I grew up doing , I was taught to steam for vaginal health, fertility, postpartum recovery and wellness. I encourage women to make vaginal steaming part of their routines , just like getting our hair and nails done. The benefits of steaming enhance and allow us to be in tune with our divine feminine.
