Steam Story:

At the time that I found out about Vaginal Steaming there were only a few articles online about it. This was around 2014. I read an article about Arvigo Abdominal massage and vaginal steaming. I was fascinated and wanted to learn more. Later on I found Keli and Chick Food and I was drawn to her style of teaching and her delivery. The first time I ordered a steam blend, I decided to try the disinfecting blend based on the symptoms I was experiencing. I committed to a 10 day steam, mild setup, no burner. By day two, I started to see a drastic improvement in texture of my skin. By day four, I experienced catharsis. It blew my mind. By day six, I noticed I was waking up fully rested and rejuvenated. At the end of the 10 days I was astonished at the entire experience. Days after I kept looking for the discharge to reappear and it didn’t. That’s when I knew I was all in.
When I heard that Keli was offering classes I was so happy and elated and the rest is herstory!
