Steam Story:

I heard about vaginal steaming from elders in a few indigenous communities when I started my midwifery journey and was always curious. I steamed a couple of times and didn’t understand all the benefits. I am post menopausal and my needs have changed and started steaming and have experienced many benefits!
I believe women have the right to use natural remedies if they choose, to heal their bodies or just to keep their bodies in a healthy state. Steaming is a modality that is not often discussed and should be. I want to offer vaginal steaming to my clients throughout their life cycles.
