Steam Story:

One of my closest friends was the first to tell me about vaginal steaming and I fell in love immediately. For far too long we have moved away from our roots in natural healing and the benefits of community gatherings. Since I began my steaming, my sexual appetite has grown and the heaviness of my periods has decreased. These are results I can get on board with! Our ancient grandmothers knew what our bodies needed, and I am so glad that I was introduced to this healing modality that I can now offer to other women who know that something isn’t right, but who aren’t getting the help that modern medicine is able to offer.
