Steam Story:

After suffering from Endometriosis for 20 years, I started to look for self care and womb support in alternative ways. I found vaginal steaming and immediately began to feel more connected to my womb and menstrual cycle. Since adding vaginal steaming into my self care routine, I find it has helped me to be more intuned with my body. Steaming has also helped to soothe and calm painful period cramps, heavy bleeding and extreme bloating. After steaming for a 3 years now, I also experience regular cycles (29 days each month), great sleep and healthy, sexual, creative energy!

My intention is to offer vaginal steaming to people who wish to grow more intuned with healthy womb cycles, body intuition and self care practices with the hopes of developing deeper love and care for growing, healing and revealing authentic self.
