Steam Story:

I found Vaginal steaming right around the time when I was diagnosed with uterine fibroids in 2020. I was told I needed a hysterectomy my first & only treatment option, I went looking for a more holistic approach & I found Keli Garza’s videos on YouTube about vaginal steaming, & I decided to give it a try. I noticed that steaming helped to treat the symptoms I was experiencing of intense pelvic pain & pressure. As soon as I squatted over that steam my pelvic pain immediately melted away. It also improved my periods which had been extremely painful & heavy. I noticed when I steamed prior to my period I didn’t experience any menstrual cramps, which was so incredible after the pain I’d been in previously. I also began to see my uterus clearing out old residue & that my bleeding was not as heavy or as long. I went from having 9 day periods at the start of steaming to only 4 days. My first ultrasound showed that I had 4 fibroids, & the second, after several months of steaming showed only 3, & my abdomen had also gone down significantly.
All these positive changes in my own body, & the incredible relaxation & relief from pain I experienced through using steaming made me realize this is the medicine that women need. I decided to enroll in the Steamy Chick institute so I could become a practitioner & share this healing medicine with others.
