Steam Story:

I learned about steaming from my great-grandmother and her siblings when I was a child. I grew up picking various herbs to steam with.

I originally started steaming to aid my pain from my menstrual, then after child birth, my hysterectomy and now to keep my menopausal symptoms at bay.

I love the immediate calmness it brings along with the relaxing feel of the steam; and to top it off the fragrant smell of the herbs for an all around relaxation experience.

I offer steaming to my clients to have a Holistic experience that is healthy for the mind, body and spirit instead of more traumatizations.
