Steam Story:

I learned about steaming through a close girlfriend of mine 9 years ago. I was diagnosed with fibroids and cyst and the topic of surgery had come up between my medical team and I. Having already undergone two cesarean sections and having my left Fallopian tube removed without my knowledge I was terrified of having to be cut open again. While venting to a friend she explained to me that
she’d heard about vaginal steaming and it sounded very interesting. At the time no one in my area was providing professional Yoni steams as a service, so I begin to research herbs on my own. Once I began steaming, over time the pain associated with my fibroids and cyst went away. The conversations of surgery stopped and I no longer had to visit my OB/GYN as often. I now use steaming as a spiritual practice. Steaming helps me stay in tuned with my physical body as well as my emotions and allows me to be in the present moment. I heals my soul from life experiences and this is one reason why I want to offer it to others. I believe that if you heal the womb, you heal the child and with that you are healing a nation.
