I came to steaming for perimenopause support and it helped so much that I started using it regularly from there in. I have noticed a calming and soothing quality like nothing else as well as a increase moisture and lubrication, and a deep softening.
I want everyone to experience this profound connection and wisdom that is so highly unique and individual and can provide incredible healing during this important transition of life.
