Steam Story:

I have always had painful heavy periods and was put on birth control, like many women. After several years, I did not experience as much pain but I began having brown spotting before and after my moon time. I stumbled upon a steam practitioner and had a virtual consultation with her, where we discussed my concerns and created a plan. I began steaming and immediately the brown spotting went away. I decided to come off of hormonal birth control and used steaming to manage my cramps. With my personal steaming practice, I was able to change my relationship with my cycle and my body. The heavy bleeding, cramps, and stagnant spotting went away. After sharing my experience with many of my friends, I was encouraged to learn more about this sacred practice so that I could adequately share it and educate others.
