Steam Story:

I was raised in a Caribbean household where herbs and holistic healing was a common practice. As I got older I slowly but surely forgot about its importance until I had a child. Once I had my son I began to dig back into my roots and heritage. In the midst of doing so I found out about Vaginal Steaming. I originally was excited to try the service but found myself researching it further. That is when I decided to become certified.

While becoming certified I have started steaming on the regular, especially after my menstrual cycle. I have steamed loved ones and have seen the benefits in their vaginal health (BV, vaginal infections), their sex life, as well as their menstrual cycles.

I offer this service to others because I have noticed that many women, especially women of color, suffer from fibroid/cysts, infertility, and more. My goal is to heal the womb and protect our bodies. We deserve to have healthy bodies. We deserve to learn and know our bodies!
