Steam Story:

I found out about steaming or more specifically herbal baths years ago through my mother. These past few years I’ve struggled with recurring Bartholin cysts not knowing how to fix it.
In the Fall of 2019 I met Keli at a wellness conference and I can honestly say it changed my life. I mainly only knew of postpartum steaming, but after speaking with her about a surgery for my cyst the year before she told me to try steaming. I’m so glad I listened. I’ve learned that hormone issues cause my cyst to grow so a regimen of steaming every day for 2 weeks or so shrinks it!
When I found out all that steaming aids in healing I knew I wanted to help others feel more comfortable with their own bodies. I offer services, sauna sales/rentals and other products for ones who also need sacred space healing.
