Health Concern:

I was healing from sexual abuse that had resulted in several physical symptoms connected to my reproductive system including an STI. It helped me through this and later supported me to heal from a ovarian cyst that required surgery.

Improvements Since Steaming:

My overall physical and emotional health has improved since I have been pelvic/vaginal steaming. Physically, my cycle is consistent and healthy. My STI symptoms and symptoms of ovarian cysts have decreased. Emotionally, I feel a lot more connected to my body and more confident in it as well. I feel like pelvic/vaginal steaming has made me feel more protected and cared for by myself and the elements that support me (water/herbs).
