Very refreshing view about menopause and that there certainly are things one can do to make it a pleasurable time – if experiencing any symptoms, and that indeed it’s a wonderful time for us to deeply enjoy and not suffer! Most importantly you understand why those hot flashes happen in the first place and what you can do about it. Totally recommend this course!
