This course allows practitioners to provide in depth understandings and how to recognise imbalances around menstrual health to young girls that they would find beneficial for the rest of their lives.

    This is the information I wish I’d had for myself and to offer my two daughters! This provides an excellent framework for developing your coming-of-age (sex and menstrual) education and steaming package for pre-menarche and menarche clients. It is heteronormative and binary (gender-wise) but can be adapted to suit your needs. Highly recommend!

    I loved this course! With two daughters 11 and 5 it felt so empowering to receive all of this knowledge before their menarche has arrived. My menarche was a horrendous experience and there was pain from the very beginning. Sadly I went until I was about 25 years old until I started to learn it didn’t have to be that way.
