    This was maybe one of my favorite courses yet! It was something I had been interested in and wanting to learn more about. Everything was explained in a way that was easy to understand. I learned so much about my cycle! What seemed random to me at the time I now realize that my cycle was getting in sync with the moon cycle.     This was a really cool class to bring awareness to how our menstrual cycle works with the lunar cycle. It brings awareness to ways of tracking, understanding and regulating menstruation with the moon.
