Listen! If you are here to learn how to make a steam blend and sell it, then you are in the wrong place. This course is so much more. I guarantee you will learn about yourself and your ancestors as your journey through these videos.

As a displaced Black American Experiential Practitioner, it made me reflect on and examine all of the things/ways, now and in the past, where I could possibly be culturally appropriating. This course was very much so needed for life in general (I wish they taught this in schools). Even if I weren’t interested in becoming an Experiential Steam Practitioner, I am so happy that this course was available! Is this a hot single? Because I would love to recommend this course to others! I will check! All in all! I am glad that despite pressures, trauma, bullying, things that have made me question my identity, etc., I have resolved to accept, to love and to just be myself; to be kind, loving, to stand on moral and ethical business, and to be generous, freely sharing the knowledge I have been given and that I have searched for, as I believe these attributes have shielded me from or corrected me from making mistakes or decisions to culturally appropriate, amongst other things.

Thanks so much Keli for going in these sensitive and oh-so-important topics in a way that is digestible, honourable and applicable – ultimately inviting each of us to go deeper ourselves. Vaginal Steam History and Culture is a really dope course that teaches the role of Colonialism and development, Folk Gynecology endangerment, how to appreciate rather than appropriate cultures and so much more. This course is very important and the information can be applied to more than vaginal steaming. I highly recommend it!

The course on the History and Culture of Vaginal Steaming was profoundly impactful for me, touching on multiple dimensions such as generational traumas, the importance of steaming rights, and the disparities between men and women in healthcare. I’m deeply grateful for Keli’s nuanced approach to cultural respect; she goes the extra mile to help us from indigenous backgrounds both maintain and honor our ancestral teachings. A heartfelt thank you! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
