Another very comprehensive course by Steamy Chick. Very reliable sources and reference points. Exact instruction on dosage, measurements, making formulations, herb charts, interactions. This course provides a great foundation for you to stand on your own as a facilitator in administering herbs through peristeam, while setting you up for a rewarding journey in discovering new qualities and energetics in herbs for steaming. I also felt supported hearing Keli share that there are different formulations cross culturally, but these are the formulations and herbs we use in the steamy chick community. If you’re new to herbs this class will be really informing. Learning the different formula uses is very enlightening and exciting. I can’t wait to create my own hemostatic formula! This section can probably be condensed and much more digestible if it’s shot with only the herbs in view ( think cooking show). I also think you should consider adding some graphic images. I struggled to get through this module once we moved into creating formulas and I suspect it’s because I’m not new to herbalism and because I’m a visual learner.
