Steam Story:

A friend introduced me to vaginal steaming a couple of years ago after experiencing years of pain and discomfort in my womb. I originally used yoni steaming to help manage the pain from ovarian cysts but quickly steaming became a spiritual practice that opened me up to the wisdom and guidance of my womb. Since then I have been steaming to release trauma energy that’s been locked in my womb and have noticed on a physical level less pain, longer cycles, and healthier periods. On an emotional and spiritual level steaming has unleashed the flow of the divine feminine and awakened my shakti energy. I feel more connected to my womb and embodied as a sacred wombman more than ever! I want for every wombman to feel the beauty of this transformation, to come to know herself and her herstory well, to let go of carrying for others and heal so we can be the essence of love because when we take the responsibility of caring for ourselves we teach all of those around us how to lead from a place of love.
