Steam Story:

I first came across vaginal steaming when I was looking for psychological healing many years after experiencing sexual trauma. I’ve noticed in myself and patients the benefits of regulating the cycles, reducing pain and cramping, improving sleep, energy, and libido. Already being an herbalist, it was something I easily incorporated into my existing acupuncture practice. I offer consultations, herbal blends, and custom herbals. I plan to include offering steams at some point in the future.
