Steam Story:

I steamed for the first time in a women’s circle guided by a medicine woman. It was love at the first smoke! I started using it with for its vibrational benefits, to clean my womb from old memories and relationships. But it gave me so much more… It balanced my cycle, my cramps endend, improved my creativity, my libido and I felt less anxious and more relaxed. After a lot of independent research and combining my previous knowledge in phytotherapy, phytoenergy and autonomic gynecology I started to share my experience through workshops and now I offer personalized consultations to set up steam plans and herbal formulas individually. I also work with Moon Florals and energy applications, bringing and integrative look to body, mind and soul focused on menstrual health and women empowerment.
