Steam Story:

I started steaming after the birth of my first baby. I was introduced to the practice of yoni steaming early in my journey as a birth worker, through a powerful full moon manifestation womb gathering and ritual with other women, mothers, and healers in our village. We all added our individual herbs to a big pot and made powerful affirmations for the healing of our wombs and the wombs all women. I’m forever inspired by that night, and hope to inspire women in womb ceremonies, rituals, and healing especially centering the use of the sacred cannabis plant. I incorporate the use of cannabis in my yoni steaming, as a certified cannabis educator and practitioner, to teach about the healing powers of cannabis for the female body. Steaming has allowed me to be better in tune with the infinite. I hope to inspire and enlighten womb barriers across the African diaspora to reclaim the cannabis plant, herbal remedies, and the healing traditions of our foremothers.
