Steam Story:
I started steaming after the birth of my first child. It gave me a lot of relief initially as I was healing with sutures. I’ve used it since for womb care and menstrual health, enjoyment, ritual and healing without sutures after the birth of my second baby. As a heat and herbal therapy, it fits perfectly into my work as an acupuncturist and herbalist!
