Steam Story:

I discovered vaginal steaming through The Artemis School while getting my certification for women’s sexual health and sovereignty. Steaming helped me balance my painful, heavy cycle and I also use the practice as a ritual for deep self connection. For me, steaming is a way to embody my whole self, create space for self care, and to connect to my root. I offer steaming because I believe in the healing power of plants, the healing power of ritual, and the healing power of remembering and reclaiming the connection to our wombs as women.
