Steam Story:

I started steaming in an attempt to heal myself of anemia and short cycles. I was able to improve the length between my cycles and my anemia through steaming. I am adding steaming to my practice because I know it would be a treatment that would help women heal from pelvic floor dysfunctions. Yoni “vaginal” steaming and pelvic floor physical therapy together has worked well in helping women achieve their goals with pain reduction and improved function. I’m so thankful I found vaginal steaming.
