Steam Story:

Until now, the options for gynecological care have been extremely limited, often ineffective, or truly life altering. Long-term pharmaceutical use, invasive devices, and extreme procedures serve their purpose of managing symptoms, but miss the point of addressing the root cause. This is further compounded by a lack of education around sound reproductive and menstrual self care that should begin in childhood. As a result, women regularly succumb to radical treatment or suffer in silence. As a traditional naturopath and doula, I aim to be part of the solution. With guidance and support, pelvic steaming is positioned to revolutionize the way our bodies are cared for! I’m impassioned and excited to hold this space for healing!
