Hello Hello,
So glad you are interested in this way of healing and yourself!
I am a passionate, traditional Birth worker / Doula since 2011.
Combining the knowledge and practices of my Mexican family, other Latin American indigenous cultures, TCM and with western approaches, has helped me to integrate and translate it into my work and into this day in time.
It is a continuous adventure of learning and research to holistically take care of ourselves. Especially in rites of passages.
Radical self care is a mission! And reclaiming the global traditional gynecology -the gentle Art – of Womb Steaming, is a big part of it.
A beautiful Partera ( traditional Midwife) from Ecuador introduced me first into steaming. As no Gynecologist I had visited could help me or explain what was going on.
These guardians of traditional medicine and other incredible accomplices (like in this community for example), who share their experiences for self care and growth, are bright stars!
