Steam Story:

I found out about vaginal steaming five years ago, my sister and I researched it with hopes of regulating our menstrual cycles. Through steaming I’ve shortened my menstrual cycle, eliminated my painful cramps, and improved my flow; I also had a devastating miscarriage last year and it took some time for my cycle to return. I began an intense steam regimen and voila! My cycle returned after being absent for several months. Now when my cycle comes it looks different, it smells so much better, and I feel so much better! I wanted to learn vaginal steaming professionally so I could bring it back to my community and inform women of natural ways of healing and Cleansing. So many women face various gynecological issues and steaming can be a huge benefit for those women who prefer a natural approach, those who are having a difficult time conceiving, and the list goes on.
