Always test the heat of your steam before sitting. Let the steam cool down until the feels as relaxing as a warm bath. The steam temperature should always feel 100% comfortable & soothing. If at any point you have the instinct to get up because the steam is too hot, do not hesitate. Wait and let the steam cool down to a comfortable temperature before resuming your session. If you are having trouble controlling the heat level, it may be best to do no heater steam setups instead.
