Sometimes someone will say that they tried steaming and it did not work. This usually requires some more information. Sometimes they may have misinterpreted results of steaming (as we covered before), for example, seeing discharge or cramps after a steam session.

In other instances, it may be due to now having a customized steam plan and herbs tailored to their needs (getting the right herbs matter); not dedicating enough time to steaming (3-6 months is recommended); or they do not have a comfortable setup and aren’t able to complete the sessions.
